Gonzaba Medical Group is an innovative physician practice comprised of 35 primary care physicians and 30 mid-level providers serving six locations on the south, downtown and northwest sides of San Antonio, Texas. GMG, a complex and resourceful multispecialty medical group practice, conducts business on both a fee-for-service and capitated reimbursement healthcare model. We are aligned with the Accountable Care Organization model to address health care challenges of the future.
