Jordan Valley has been providing health care to residents of Springfield since 2003, when it started as a small clinic. Today you will join a health care organization and a staff of over 700 at 10 locations throughout Southwest Missouri. Jordan Valley offers care for your entire family all in one place delivering medical, dental, behavioral health services and more. Our integrated services at Jordan Valley are comprehensive and patient -centered through a medical home approach and carry out our mission of improving our community's health through access and relationships.
